Yes, 100% free. There are no sign-up fees, monthly charges, or hidden costs. Simply register and start enjoying member benefits immediately.
How do I earn and redeem Treat Points? ▾
You earn 1 point for every ₱100 spent (Silver tier), with higher tiers earning more. Points can be redeemed as peso discounts on your next purchase — check your member dashboard for your current balance and redemption options.
Can I use my membership in-store and online? ▾
Yes! Your Treat Club membership works both on HMR.ph and at all physical HMR branches. Just log in online or present your member ID in-store at checkout.
How do I move up tiers? ▾
Tier upgrades are based on your total spending within a rolling 12-month period. Reach ₱25,000 for Gold and ₱100,000 for Platinum. Your tier is reviewed monthly and upgrades apply automatically.
What happens to my points if I don't use them? ▾
Treat Points are valid for 24 months from the date they were earned. Points close to expiry will be flagged in your account dashboard and in our notification emails.
